A renovation/addition of a 3 level home nestled into the rocky coast line in Clontarf.
The brief was to create a light filled, modern, open plan living space, that accentuated the beauty of the surroundings and the view out to the water.
An essential part of the kitchen design was the courtyard feature window with Japanese black stemmed bamboo.
The exterior colours were to be earthy, green based hues that emulated the green bushland surrounding the house.
