Difficult build site on every level, but to be able to capture that water view, priceless!

What once was the area for the dogs, solar array and boulder garden, (the latter joking) this was a utility spot, unusable for most everything though it was outside of the setbacks needed for the septic system, and in an otherwise wasted space on this very large steep property.

not only did we have an array of boulders and rocks to contend with they happen to be some of the hardest found in our area, blue granite. Calling on a veteran, in this area he was able to make easy work the stubborn ones.
