Looking for a house in the Mt. Washington area of Los Angeles, two New Yorkers found the perfect tri-level with views of the surrounding hills. With this purchase they wanted to update the home. Open Mode focused on the main entertaining level of the home reconfiguring the kitchen to provide an easier flow of the space around a central island. We used simple tones to compliment the new modified cement floor and handmade wall tile for warmth.
