Clients wanted to develop their walkout basement and tie it into the existing home.

We helped them design the space for a bedroom, bathroom, gym, office, family area, bar and games area.

We spent time with clients to understand their needs and then to develop a plan that allowed for all the spaces they wanted taking into account the open staircase leading upstairs and the walkout.
