Client's wanted to add more space to an existing home. We took the current space and designed a new space for them to be able to achieve their goals. The project requires a demolition of the rear deck and roof attached to it and adding a custom 2 story addition in its place which will tie into the existing kitchen and dining room and redoing the existing mudroom and creating a new rear entrance which will now be cladded in cedar. The rear face is full floor to ceiling glass on each floor bringing in ample natural light. The addition consists of a private upstairs master bedroom with walk-in closet and bathroom and a family room on the main floor. We will also be doing some minor renovations to the existing flooring/finishes to tie it all in together.
