We helped this homeowner who wanted to turn their unused attic space into an office. This was a large attic with funky corners and spaces that we had to fill in and enclose the ceiling from the taller parts. We fully insulated the room and fixed up their old janky HVAC system and organized it better as well as providing ac in the new office space.
