This return client from the Westinghouse kitchen remodel wanted to take a look at their joists because there was a dip beginning to form in their room. We took up the plywood that was underneath the carpet and realized there was a lot of damage in both the joists and plywood boards. We removed the old joists and installed new ones as well as new plywood boards where necessary and installed new csrpet in the bedroom. From the inside we saw there was some damage starting to form on the foundation and the homeowner wanted the most cost effective way to prevent this issue from worsening for the time being. We took down a siding board and realized there was no flashing, so we installed some and went on our way!
