Beautiful and minimal transitional spaces. One of the existing three car garage spaces was converted into a beautiful dining room with a view to the back yard. The existing kitchen enlarged to include a large island with a sitting area. Living room opened up to the back yard to allow for direct access. The family room flat ceiling was removed and the attic space above was converted into a beautiful cathedral ceiling with white wood beams to create a more dramatic and spacious feeling.
