Ravenswood: Paulina

We upgraded this beautiful Grand Victorian home in the heart of Ravenswood. we renovated the interior of each floor including the basement that now features a wet bar attached to the T.V. room. The primary bathroom now features a claw foot tub and the kitchen features a large marble top island with seating for 4.

We built a wet bar in our clients basement with a secret door behind the double doors. All of the wood cabinetry is painted blue including the built-in around the T.V. Behind the sink is a mirror with 2 glass shelves.

Our client's powder room was given an updated look with herringbone carrara honed marble tile. The sink features an oil rubbed bronze faucet on a marble vanity top. On either side of the Venetian mirror are two oil rubbed bronze sconces.

We designed this guest bathroom which features hexagon floor tile, an oil rubbed bronze faucet on a free standing vanity with wood cabinets and marble counter.

We built a wet bar in our clients basement. All of the wood cabinetry is painted blue with a mirror as a backsplash behind the sink. The backsplash tile is marble. A small chandelier hangs in the middle of the wet bar giving this area great lighting.

All though most of the walls in the basement we kept the homes built -in the same dark wood brown. Keeping some historic elements of the home was very important. We topped it off with the beautiful wooden floor.

In the basement by the wet bar is the T.V room. The built-in around the T.V. is painted the same color blue as the wall. A chandelier hangs above the ottoman and an L-shaped couch. The floor features a beautiful wooden floor.

We upgraded this primary bathroom with installing a claw foot tub with oil rubbed bronze detachable faucet head. With a small chandelier above the tub the floor tile is dark and light grey.
