Re-worked wonder

This downtown home has plenty of charm and character, but needed a main bath completely re-worked. Once striped bare, all the plumbing and electrical got updated and everything re-drywalled and finished.
The shower got tucked into an unused space as there was no need for the bath tub anymore. Careful sizing of the vanity and storage makes the bathroom still look large enough while functioning very efficiently.
Now all brand new and looking amazing, this space has added value to the home as well as working perfectly for the homeowners.

This shower features a high gloss polished porcelain 12 x 24 wall tile, recessed tile soap niche, and Riobel chrome shower system with rain head and hand shower on slide bar.

The combination of floating shelves, floating vanity and re-worked linen tower allow for plenty of storage in a bathroom that adding extra square footage was not an option.

Linear grid drain allows for a sill-less entry. Adding a 10 mm clear glass panel to the end of the tiled wall, we were able to extend the "wet" area thus eliminating the need for a shower door. This is truly a walk in shower.

The toilet position remained the same, however the American Standard Studio 2 piece toilet fits in the position perfectly. Notice the Danfoss floor warming thermostat on the wall. Once programmed, the floor only warms when these clients need it on.
