This ensuite was completely gutted to allow minor wall removal opening up floor space and letting the south facing windows capture plenty of natural light. This allowed for a slightly darker wood, plank style tile floor which runs right through into the walk in shower with linear drain.
Combining the different shades and textures of the materials brings interest to the bathroom while retaining a timeless quality the homeowners were looking for.
