This living room was completely removed of all drop ceiling, flooring, walls and windows. Half wall was removed to provide open concept living/dining area and jogged walls were straightened to provide more space and consistent lines.

Original brick fireplace dating back to 1950 was rebuilt to include quartz surround and hearth as well as built in cabinet for flat screen television.
