Reclaimed Wood White Kitchen
This is a kitchen renovation in a 1920's house. A wall was removed between the kitchen and dining room, an existing window was filled to make way for the new fridge, and a bathroom was added in place of the main level coat closet. We used white shaker style cabinetry, oil rubbed bronze hardware and installed oak wood floors to match the rest of the house. Cambria quartz countertops were used on the perimeter with the island being a reclaimed wood railcar plank top. We used the same railcar plank wood for the open shelves and seat in the drop zone area. We kept it classic with subway tiles and a Shaw farmhouse sink. The 9 foot island was painted with a pop of color and finished with a beer fridge on the end.
