How fast and green could we build a guesthouse with an indoor basketball court? That was the challenge posed to us by our client. Studio Nigro, working with Bob Brobson Inc., proposed a quick construction method of a precast, super-insulated concrete structure using Thermomass wall panels. In just seven days, the structure was up, and ready to be completed with a skin of reclaimed redwood adding depth and warmth to the facade.
