To alleviate a cramped and dated first floor, we creatively engineered a plan to remove the existing ceiling structure at the kitchen and family room areas and raise them from 8' to 9' 6" for a much more spacious feeling.
The new design for the kitchen included custom maple cabinets by CWP, featuring a 2 tone stain combination - Sunset and Espresso, both with a satin sheen level. The gorgeous cabinetry was topped with quartz and natural stone. Warm Taupe, a high-end quartz by Zodiaq, was used at the perimeter cabinetry and a bold movement piece of AJ Brown granite was used on the island to provide a WOW statement.

Luxury vinyl plank flooring, new stainless steel appliances, color changing accent LED lighting, and a low maintenance porcelain version of slate for the backsplash was carefully curated to pull off this truly unique look.

Custom matching oak cabinetry was utilized at the laundry room incorporating a dry away clothes rack system, for quick and easy access for drying the appropriate items.
