Small Scale Renovation of a 2 Bedroom Bungalow - We removed the wall from the tiny closed off Galley Kitchen into the Living Area to open up the very small and confining rooms into a generous feeling open floor plan with island seating and additional storage. Existing wood floors were refinshed, lineoleum flooring in the kitchen was replaced with graphic concrete tile to tie into the very clean black/white and neutrals Scandinavian look. The Dining Area was previously located in front of the kitchen entry with barely any room to pass by - we closed off an unnecessary doorway to get a good corner for a more spacious and defined "Dining Room" with banquette seating. This project was done completely remotely in April 2020
