This retired couple loves to collect art. they wanted a space that required less maintenance. they wanted no lawns. There was also standing water in the space. A rain garden and water collection structure was installed under the dry creek to move and control the water issues. The patio is created out of natural stone that was custom cut in a more modern plank format.
