3 separate paver patios, all at different levels. First is the main patio, which is approximately 1350 sf has a full red cedar pergola, and a fully copper misting system. The second is a approximately 130 sf designed to be used as a hot tub pad. The third patio includes 3 steps down to it, 30' 26' and 22' long respectively. lighting in the step treads, and lighting under the cap of the bench seat. The patio is approximately 110 sf excluding the fire pit. The Bench seat is over 30' long and has lounges at both ends. The fire pit has an inside diameter of +/- 4'. The project is also wired for more lighting, and a sound system to be added later.
