Rip-rap to rapture

The developer left a steep slope covered with riprap. To maintain slope stability, large boulders were used to terrace the slope; drought tolerant, desert adapted plants and colorful desert perennials were added to soften rocks, walls, and reduce erosion. A flagstone footbridge crosses a mock stream bed.

In front yard, two small patios were added for mountain views. A seatwall in the front invites passing neighbors to sit and visit.
