Scope: Stretch Ceiling – White Lacquer
The owner of this residence was selling his condo but for over a year faced the same problem with interested buyers: The 3,000 square foot apartment on the ocean had a low ceiling. The new realtor working with the owner had him install a white lacquer stretch ceiling throughout the apartment that instantly gave the illusion of a higher ceiling and the feel of a larger space. To everyone’s satisfaction, the condo was sold within a few months.
