This home's biggest challenge was bringing natural light into the house. In its original form, it had 8' ceilings and lacked windows. We re-deigned and engineered the roof to allow a vaulted ceiling. By vaulting the ceilings and adding skylights throughout, this home is now flooded with natural light. The floor plan was rearranged to offer the new homeowners a sophisticated master suite and a main floor laundry room.

Every surface of this house was touched (Inside + Out) . All mechanicals were updated if not replaced. All new floors, drywall texture, trim work, doors, and paint through out. The interior design was detailed. Adding special wall millwork, wallpaper, and new lighting. The kitchen and baths were reconfigured and updated to reflect the homes new aesthetic.
