On one of the most idyllic streets in the east part of Old Town Fort Collins, this home started as a small, 1500 square foot fixer upper. The original pitch of the home suggested an American Classic Farmhouse, and with adding some Luxe, the build was off to the races. Once the renovation was complete, 3800 square feet of luxury real estate was left standing, and Whedbee St. had it’s latest gem. Our goal was to establish deep-rooted luxury through classic interior finishes, while also including simple modern luxuries. This home is not fussy with unnecessary frills; rather, functional adornments speak to sophistication. The floor plan is open and the connection to the outdoors practically begs for you to enjoy the Colorado outdoors, yet simple nuances speak to the age of the original home.
