These clients have lived in their favorite Roseville location for over 16 years. They decided to remodel their home after looking at many new homes and contemplating if they wanted to move or stay. They decided to stay and graciously retained Guchi for their design and installation of two wonderful bathrooms including new space design. Elements of Universal Design were thoughtfully considered in the master bath and some elements were also added to the cool guest bath for aging parents safe use. Lighted seats, warm colors in the guest bath and cool spa-cation elements in the spacious master retreat and bathroom. Guchi prides itself in getting all decision makers participating in the choosing of finish products and overall style and space planning. Adding the seperate linen to the master bath, removing the old tub and creating a new walk in entry also supported an additional lounging bench on both the inside of the walk in shower as well as just outside for comfortable relaxing.
