With one of the best views in Los Angeles, this kitchen remodel focused on reducing numerous distracting materials and unifying broken up views by maximizing and framing the most unobstructed scenes of the Pacific Ocean and Catalina Island.

The client was on board with incorporating a hidden automated shading system that is programmed to follow the sun to reduce solar heat gain while still allowing views throughout the day with Lutron’s dual sided performance sheer fabrics. The entire house was also retrofitted with automated lighting controls and entertainment system throughout. Our design team worked exclusively with the client to create a kitchen capable of entertaining numerous guests whether they are helping or relaxing at the island bar or one of the adjoining sitting areas.
