This project was the first of 5 projects for this client. As newly labeled “Empty Nesters” the client originally wanted to start off small. Having never gone through construction before, they thought they would start with a small bath remodel. As they got comfortable with the process and the new possibilities brought up during the design process, they quickly ramped up! – eventually deciding to remodel the entire East wing of the home.

One of the most compelling transformations of this project was transforming a dark and dated 23’X33’ play room with a shed ceiling and enormous soffit that loomed over the entire length of the room.
