Rollingwood Residence

An architect's modern spec home was customized to be warm, welcoming and very livable for a family that relocated to Austin from Florida (with four pups).
An open Living/Dining/Kitchen space with polished concrete floors gets warmed up with a large built-in room divider/storage with walnut accents (project completed while I was Lead Designer at Urbanspace Interiors)
