Set among oak trees on a sloped site, strategic additions open up a 1930’s house to intimate views.

Our goals were to feature the old oak forest, create new indoor / outdoor connections, and remedy awkward and unusable spaces created by past remodeling efforts including a sweltering roof terrace, extremely awkward master bath and closets, and a dark and cramped kitchen. With modern custom detailing, the additions and remodeled areas integrate with the overall aesthetic of the home.
