This was an unusually large attic conversion project. It added 330 s.f. of living space, and 180 s.f of storage space (too low per code to be considered "living space" even though you could step into it). Also, we converted the large adjacent bonus room into a bedroom with closet, flanked by a hallway leading to this area. We love doing tricky structural projects, which is good because a lot of that type of work was required to get this done. The owners DID take our advice and brought in an engineer to confirm our structural design and inspect our work. This project also required extensive relocation of electrical, gas, and supply plumbing and a bit of HVAC relocation. Every aspect of this project was done in-house by our people.
