The entire interior of this home was transformed. Structural engineering and plans were required for this project. We removed the dining room/kitchen separating wall, removed the wet bar, enclosed a portion of the patio to install a sliding wall door, removed entry walls to make an open foyer, shifted the powder room entry point to create a larger kitchen footprint, the laundry room was moved from downstairs to upstairs to create a downstairs utility room, the master bathroom and closet were shifted and enlarged and the list goes on. The homeowners wanted a serene but not sterile feel to their entertainers kitchen, the show piece of the home. That theme extends through the whole home.
