This dilapidated structure on Ruby Road probably should have been condemned. In addition to extremely foul pet odor/stains the house featured unpermitted additions both upstairs and downstairs. With a little LL Cool Homes love (and vision), two bedrooms downstairs were transformed into a gorgeous master suite complete with 2-person waterfall shower and walk in closet. We remodeled the additional master suite upstairs and revamped the other bedrooms and bathrooms. We created a gourmet pass-through kitchen, converting the addition to a functional family room. Total major remodel was complete in 8 weeks.
