Rustic Beverly Hills remodel

For this particular Beverly Hills home we did construction throughout the house, both indoor and outdoor. This home was made in the 1930's it was crucial that the classic structure was to keep its integrity. The interior included installation of brand new hardwood flooring, repainted beams and remodeled restroom/kitchen. Exterior included complete pool and backyard remodel.

Lovely spacious living room. The exposed beams are from the original !930's home. The homeowner decided to keep original beams, so they were restored with sanding and staining.
