In 2015 we renovated the exterior of this home when we connected the garage and main house via one new roof that spanned from side to side. This new roof covered an old terrace between the buildings and allowed us to timber frame a new cathedral ceiling entry in between the garage and house.

The house now features timber frame entry and lanai/patio, new wood siding accents and refined roof lines suited for the climate that manages snow and water away from the home.
