Rye Beach House - New Build

Modern and clean beach house design for Rye on Melbourne's Mornington Peninsula. Material selection was paramount given the bush fire coming overlays on the property. Entertaining was high on the list, as was clean lines for kids zones, and to maximise the bedrooms and bathroom within the footprint for all the family visitors who pop past!
