The High Point model homes are located in Aurora, CO just steps away from High Point Academy. With that in mind TRIO designed these homes to target families but also empty nesters who may want to be near their families or travel frequently.

The ‘Motivation’ model home is a 2 story, 4 bedroom home designed for a young family. An open floor plan including a loft area for the children is perfect for a family of this demographic.

A large, open, first level has space for the whole family to spend time together while doing individual activities. A living area with room for two sectional sofas, a dining nook with seating for six and a large, quartz island create multiple areas for family activities.

A fresh color palette of spring green, white and gray is warmed up with various wood tones creating a modern but inviting environment.

Activity areas in the kids loft include space to study, do craft projects or watch a movie. The striped walls bring in the color palette of the rest of the home in a fun and energetic way.

A spacious master suite allows for a king size bed, seating area for two and a bench. The graphic wallpaper ties into the accent paint on the tray ceiling giving the room a little character without being overwhelming.

The ‘Bliss’ model has a ranch style floor plan with two master suites, perfect for empty nesters. The open living/dining area is defined by furniture groupings with accent ceiling paint and graphic areas tying the room together.

The warm tones of the wood floor and cabinets contrasted by the white walls and leather chairs give this home a causal, contemporary feeling. Natural tones and stone accents throughout the home make it both sophisticated and inviting.
