We came in with a designer and worked with the playfulness of what the San Francisco region is like. We wanted something that was high tech and unique, but also wanted to explore an audio-centric demeanor. The Reference Limited Edition B&W speakers offered a uniquely successful package with its unconventional cabinet, a diamond tweeter, and the Italian marble tweeter capsule. It's running mates included a vacuum amplifier and CD player from Cary Audio and MIT cables.
