Proud owners of this stately 1903’s Spanish-style mansion were anxious to start making their new house a home. Blending much of the original vintage charm with modern amenities, they opened up the kitchen and dining room to create more functional living space, added a new hall bathroom and updated the living room with a design that screams “beautiful, understated elegance.”
