This project converts poolside utility and sleeping quarters into a guest suite with a boutique hotel feel.

Custom cabinetry in the poolside entry room will provide a place to prepare and enjoy a cold drink, while concealing the laundry and providing ample storage for towels, sunscreen and the occasionally required aloe gels and solarcaine.

An open-plan bedroom, bathroom and dressing area will become the quarters for South Beach guests. A transparent glass shower, with a recessed illuminated showerhead, will face onto the bedroom.
