An investor hired The Consulting House to be responsible for all design elements and decisions associated with the construction of this new home. This included design and determination of all architectural & interior details, kitchen & bath design, cabinetry design, selection & design of all materials and finishes, space and room layouts, lighting plans, exterior materials and colors .... I designed the home to have a rustic modern aesthetic. Upon sale of the home, The Consulting House was hired by the new owner to decorate the home as well as design the build out of the basement. The basement was designed to work well with the main and upper levels while taking on a slightly more industrial feel.
