Complete color palette transformation to bring a dated 90s look to 2022 to get the unit ready for sale - goal achieved! Cottage is part of a 55+ living community so we chose a variety of subtle "greige" tones to give each room character, but tie the whole space together with existing wood trim and wallpaper. Collaborated with staging firm to complement existing furniture with neutral, comfortable pieces to present a warm home experience.
