The project included the addition of a new Foyer space onto the front of the house, and renovations to the first floor that included opening up the Entry Hall with a new open rail on the stair case, a wider archway into the Dining Room, as well as a complete renovation to the Kitchen with more open access to the Dining, lifting the ceiling and expanding the existing cathedral ceiling, and opening up the views to the beautifully landscaped back yard. In addition the upstairs bathroom and Master Bath and Bedroom were renovated (not shown)
