After C and J moved into their home, they decided to add on to their outdoor living space. There were existing decks on the first and second floor. Since most of the living space is on the second floor, they decided to extend the deck on the second floor and build a screened porch there. The decking is Trex brand with an under deck system installed to keep the lower deck dry. An automated light system with remote features was also installed. Now there is plenty of room to entertain or just relax, rain or shine!
