We made significant improvements to this oceanfront property during this project (completed in late summer of 2013).
Ceilings were vaulted, walls re-positioned & skylights added to open up the interior. High energy efficient wood windows & doors, closed cell foam insulation & modified ETS units offered substantial savings in energy, and a Heat Recovery Ventilation system was fitted to increase fresh airflow through the home.
Duradeck & a glass handrail were installed off the master bedroom, a screened in porch was built, the entire roof was stripped & re-shingled and the whole home painted throughout.
