The goal of this recently finished home was to create a light and bright Mediterranean villa on a modest suburban lot. The design emphasizes a modern and streamlined aesthetic while integrating the traditional detailing that is common with the Mediterranean style such as the use of natural stone, real clay tile roofs and arched windows.
