Our clients, Andy & Cassie, have a family with two boys. They were referred to us by friends in their Church and contacted us with a request to remodel their home to add a master suite bedroom and dining room on the ground floor. The three-bedroom house had only one full bathroom. The family needed more space and desired a real bedroom suite with a bath of their own and walk-in closet. It took nearly two years from the first conversation before they were ready to start the design process. During this time, occasional discussions led to a refinement of their design goals. After evaluating design options, a main-level bedroom suite and dining area were ruled out. Instead, the clients decided to focus on their highest priority and build the bedroom suite of their dreams.
