Our clients Ann and Jerry recently moved back to the Madison area to be closer to their grandchildren. They were looking for a specific home style at a higher price point, recognizing that even with their generous budget, any home they chose would require at least some remodeling. They decided to find a home that was 10 to 20 years old, in a beautiful neighborhood, well below their maximum budget. This allowed them to do extensive remodeling to create their perfect dream home. They engaged one of our partners Bella Domicile for the kitchen and bathroom design.
