This home was sold by Sears in the 1930s and thoughtfully modernized and expanded by a DC architectural firm in 2017. The street facade view remains unchanged. We touched most rooms by adding rich layers of furniture, textiles, furnishings, and window treatments resulting in a sophisticated home for both parents and kids.
