On a secluded site with views of Manchester Bay, this 7,600 SF residence was built on the grounds of a former estate. Components of the original mansion were salvaged and reconstructed including the balustrade, stone walkways and tennis courts. The patio also included the installation of a new pool facility integrated carefully into a former piazza.
