Originally built as a spec home in the 1960s with small rooms, dark millwork, and finished with a turquoise kitchen, this home was completely remodeled to open it up to the fantastic views and coastal landscape surrounding it. A complete gut renovation reconfigured the interior and on the exterior, large custom windows were incorporated to invite light into the home. A collection of modern and traditional architectural materials were used inside and out to give the 3,400 square-foot home a contemporary and understated feel.
