Second Generation Pavers

This project originally had it's first pavers installed over 35 years ago. While they held up exceedingly well, the new homeowners desired a new and updated look. We started by replacing and redesigning the swimming pool paver patio, landscape and upper deck and added a paver walkway the first year. The second year we removed/replaced the paver driveway, front walk and landscape. The third year we added some additional patios and landscaping along both sides of the home to capture more space.

Working around the existing Swimming Pool, New pavers and landscape beds were added where a previous water feature had been.

This walkway leading from the pool area to the side of the house and eventually to the driveway was never a part of the original landscape. Irrigation pipes were run all under the pavers for many pots on the pool patio level.

Previously a bluestone patio, over the years water had caused many problems with this entire area. Our solution was to rebuild the patio with a permeable base and collect all the water in a sub-surface drainage system and pipe it away.

The 4 16 ft trees on the right were transplanted out of harms way in the back, during one of the paver projects, and "re-homed" in the front along the drive. Afterwards, 3 new 18 ft trees were added to join them.
