Repair of an un-safe wall and steps. The fifteen year old wall had already fallen once before on a car. When it was "re-built", it was only "re-stacked" and not properly structured. With eyes on a new project above the wall, it was now time to fix the wall properly and make a safe set of new steps in the process.
